Marian Tibor-McMahon is the Deputy Project Manager and Social Research and Engagement Lead for Indigenous & Community Engagement (ICE) Inc. With over 14 years of experience, she has undertaken Indigenous community engagement programs, public and stakeholder consultation, and socio-economic studies and impact assessments in the mining, transportation and power sectors.
She has a passion for collaborating and engaging with communities to better understand their interests, aspirations and concerns as it relates to a project and seeks to enhance learnings to better inform a project. Currently, she is leading the Socio-Economic Study for the Webequie Supply Road Project, an Indigenous-led environmental assessment in northern Ontario.
